隔油池常安装于厨房中污水、油水流经的管路中，利用油脂与水的密度差，分离废水中的可浮性油类物质。使用时将污水出口和隔油池进口接驳，即可有效隔离污水中的油脂。

GENERALITY：
Oil separators are often installed in the pipelines through which sewage and oil-water flow in kitchens, using the density difference between oil and water to separate floatable oil substances from wastewater. When in use, connecting the sewage outlet to the inlet of the grease trap can effectively isolate the grease in the sewage.
